Ocala, Florida (December 4, 2025) – Ellianos Coffee, a southeast-based drive-thru specialty coffee brand, is excited to announce the upcoming opening of its third location in Ocala, Florida, and the brand’s fifth in Marion County. The new drive-thru will be located at 4335 SE Maricamp Road, Ocala, FL, and is being developed by franchisees Emery Abshier and Selena Abshier, who also own the Belleview location.
Born and raised in Marion County, Emery and Selena have deep ties to the local community and are happy to bring Ellianos’ signature coffee experience to the east side of Ocala. “This area is home to so many of our Belleview guests who have asked us to expand here,” said Emery. “We’re very excited to bring the Ellianos brand to the east side of Ocala.”
At Ellianos, guests can expect handcrafted espresso drinks, specialty Freezers, smoothies, and Southern-inspired breakfast favorites—all served in a convenient drive-thru format. The upcoming Maricamp Road store follows the brand’s rapid growth in the region and reinforces its commitment to quality, convenience, and community.
