Dade City, Florida (January 30, 2026) – Ellianos Coffee, a southeast-based drive-thru specialty coffee brand, has officially begun construction on a new drive-thru location at 12530 US Highway 301 in Dade City, Florida, expanding the brand’s footprint to Pasco County and bringing its signature experience to a growing, family-centered community.
The new location will be owned and operated by the Espaillat family, who bring years of experience in hospitality and guest-focused businesses.
