The franchise is owned and operated by HVG Coffee on Beach, LLC, a Jacksonville-based business enterprise with an extensive background in technology, education, and executive management. Looking to build a sustainable, community-first business in the area, the local ownership group selected Ellianos for its operational excellence, high-quality product lineup, and customer-centered culture.
The 8700 Beach Boulevard site was strategically selected for its direct morning-drive accessibility, close proximity to surrounding residential communities and major employment hubs, and significant daily commuter traffic. Unlike standard drive-thru models, the location features a dedicated double-sided drive-thru layout designed specifically to maximize convenience and minimize wait times during peak morning and afternoon hours.
