The newly opened location introduces a different drive-thru model for the brand. Instead of the traditional Ellianos layout, which typically features one drive-thru lane on each side of the building, the Callahan store includes a single primary drive-thru lane with a bypass lane, allowing guests who have placed a mobile order or received their drinks to exit smoothly without disrupting the line.
This design helps improve traffic flow while maintaining the fast, friendly service Ellianos is known for.
